AUTOMOTIVE PROFESSIONALS PURCHASE PROCESS?

It's easy only three steps

For professionals in the automotive sector in Europe, the first thing of all is to be included in the VIES (Information Exchange System within the European Union) as a requirement to be able to carry out any commercial operation with us.

The next step is to make the reservation of the vehicle or vehicles. This can be done through the forms available throughout the website. 

Choose your vehicle or vehicles and fill out the forms.

Then you will receive an email confirmation of your reservation in your email.

Finally, we will contact you either by email or by phone to confirm your reservation that represents 20% of the total price of the vehicle /s through bank tansfer.

Once the reservation is made, the payment will be made through bank transfer, which will represent 20% of the total price of the vehicle. 

If you want to cancel the reservation, (this 20%) your reservation will be paused and you will have two options:

  1. This 20% is reserved for a future purchase that you make with us.
  2. The refund period will be no more than 60 business days from the cancellation of the reservation. This cancellation will be confirmed in writing and email.

Exceptionally, 10% of the reservation may be recovered if there is a force majeure. (Health, catastrophe or death).

This preparation of the vehicle or vehicles includes:

  • The reconditioning of the car / cars.
  • Sending the expert’s report of the reserved vehicle/s to see their status (PDF or online link view). These expert’s reports are prepared by collegiate member experts.
  • Sending graphic material of the vehicle/s.
  • Procedures and documentation process.

Until we receive the Waybill or consigment report (4 copies back and sealed), documentation will not be sent.

· Transport option:

If you choose the option that we transport your vehicle/s to home, the rest of the payment must be made before the vehicle /s is shipped.

In addition we will inform you tracking transportation at all times.

· Pick-up option:

If you choose the option to pick-up the vehicle/s in person and travel to Spain, you must pay for the rest of the vehicle before coming for the vehicle. As soon as we receive the bank deposit, we will begin with the preparations to get ready your vehicle/s. You will pick it up here at logistics storage park located throughout the Spain.

And of course we will send you the exact location of the vehicle for pick-up.

All the vehicles that we put on sale from our website come from different logistics storage park located throughout the Spanish territory.

When you “buy” any of our vehicles through our website through our forms, what you are actually making is a reservation, a first step to formalize your interest in this vehicle or vehicles. This order purchase process will be completed by e-mail. We are not an online store.

If you wish, as long as you belong to any member country of the European Union, you can visit our vehicles here in Spain.

To see our vehicles it is necessary to make a reservation of 10% of the price of the vehicle / s.
This visit will be formalized and can be carried out once the bank transfer of said reservation has been made. From here it will not take more than 15 business days to visit our vehicles.

* In this case depending on the moment, it will be convenient to attend and consult the mobility restrictions regarding COVID-19 of the member countries of the European Union.

No, to the prices that appear on our website you will have to add all the pertinent taxes of the corresponding country from which the vehicle is purchased.

Check in your country of residence that is a member of the European Union, which taxes should be included in the price of the vehicle.

Yes, only if you are a resident in any of the member countries of the European Union.

The kilometers of all our vehicles are real. The kilometer counters of the vehicles have not been modified, and everything will agree with the expert reports of the vehicle/s made by a professional expert team and that we will send you trought PDFs as a guarantee of the state of each of the vehicles.

More than 150 points checked throughout the vehicle.

If the vehicle is less than two years old, to which is added everything that includes the manufacturer’s warranty of the vehicle or vehicles.

All our vehicles have VAT already included in the price we show you. Coming from Spain, all our vehicles are subject to Spanish VAT, which is 21%.
